Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while remaining reliable and professional.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client homes if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with meal preparation and planning to meet nutritional needs.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance quality of life.
• Monitor clients' health by observing changes and report concerns to families or healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility using appropriate techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping duties.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate progress notes for each client.
