SYNERGY HomeCare of Conroe is seeking an exceptional, highly skilled caregiver to provide outstanding in-home care to a client in the Huntsville, Texas area. We are looking for a caregiver who takes pride in their work, demonstrates excellent caregiving skills, anticipates client needs, and delivers care with dignity, patience, and compassion.

Ideal candidates are dependable, experienced, professional, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the client,

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience with a strong understanding of personal care and ADLs.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high‑quality, hands‑on care.
• Excellent observation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and committed to consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide safe mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning within the caregiver's training and authorized care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social engagement.
• Follow the established care plan and maintain client safety at all times.
• Recognize changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs and promptly communicate concerns to the office.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate professionally with family members and the SYNERGY HomeCare team.
• Demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate and respond appropriately to client needs.
