Job summary

Senior Helpers North Metro in Minnesota is urgently hiring caregivers to support seniors in Andover, Anoka, Coon Rapids and surrounding areas. If you have experience in home care or healthcare, you could join our team delivering compassionate in-home support and companionship.

We welcome CNAs, PCAs, RNs, nursing students, new grads and HHA/LPNs. We offer flexible shifts from four to twelve hours, with 24/7 client coverage and opportunities for professional development, orientation, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate; enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, medical and nursing assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation, building a rapport and participating in recreational activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
• Have fun and enjoy your time as a North Metro Caregiver
