Job summary

Senior Helpers North Metro is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors across the Andover, Anoka, Coon Rapids area. If you have experience in assisted living, home care, or healthcare, you could join our team and make a meaningful difference in clients' quality of life.

We welcome flexible availability, from four-hour shifts to 12-hour shifts and 24/7 clients, with pay ranging from $19 to $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate - you enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Valid driver's license, reliable insured transportation.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, medical and nursing assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activates of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation, building a rapport and participating in recreational activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
• Have fun and enjoy your time as a North Metro Caregiver
