Job summary

Senior Helpers of Lake Minnetonka is urgently hiring caregivers to provide in-home care and support to seniors in the community. If you have experience in assisted living, home care, or healthcare, we’d love for you to join our team and make a real difference in clients’ daily lives.

As a caregiver, you will assist with ADLs, offer companionship, and help with light household tasks. We value compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate attitude; enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
• Experience in healthcare/home care/assisted living a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.
