Job summary

Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring home care aides to provide quality support to aging adults in the comfort of their own homes.

You will play an important role in helping clients feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported throughout daily routines, from assisting with personal care and mobility to preparing meals and providing companionship.

Qualifications

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• TB test or chest X-ray as required by applicable regulations
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship
• Assist with daily routines and activities
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
• Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team
• Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence
