Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable home care aides to support aging adults in their own homes in California. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, ensuring safety and comfort.

If you are available weekdays and have a genuine heart for caregiving, we would love to hear from you. Must have HCA registration, TB/test clearance, and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray as required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred/required for some assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care
• Monitor client safety and provide companionship
• Assist with daily routines and activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home
• Document care activities and communicate changes to the care team
• Provide respectful, compassionate care preserving dignity and independence
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
