Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide non-medical support, companionship, and personalized care in clients’ homes across the community. You’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent with dignity and respect.

We offer competitive hourly pay, paid training, weekly pay, and flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. Join a team that values kindness, professionalism, and heart while supporting families in meaningful ways.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Photo ID, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and physical mobility support.
• Requires the physical stamina to assist with mobility transfers and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to accurately follow written care plans and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, punctuality and a patient, positive demeanor, with strong, respectful communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide companionship with meaningful conversation, engagement, and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and general hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and tidy living areas.
• Remind clients to take medications on schedule.
• Assist with mobility transfers and use of mobility equipment.
• Care in private residences.
• Escort clients to medical appointments and outings.
• Offer respite care to family caregivers.
• Document shift activities and report changes in the client's condition.
