Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking reliable, compassionate individuals to join our caregiving team. You will provide non-medical support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans in their own homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

This is hands-on, relationship-driven work that emphasizes consistency, empathy, and professional boundaries. You will work one-on-one with clients, follow individualized care plans, and collaborate with families to deliver

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check clearance required.
• Patient, respectful, and dependable demeanor.
• Ability to follow written care plans and mobility support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and engagement through conversation, activities, and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene.
• Prepare meals and snacks per client dietary needs; provide feeding support if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, tidy spaces, trash, safe living area.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan (no handling/administration).
• Assist mobility and transfers using walkers, wheelchairs, or other aids.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and outings.
• Offer respite care to give family caregivers a break.
• Follow care instructions; document shift activity; report changes.
• Support independence, routines, and well-being with professionalism and respect.
