Qualifications

• Compassion and patience to support daily living activities.
• Reliable, professional and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Able to pass background screenings.
• Compliance with state, Medicaid and agency requirements.
• Reliable transportation when shifts require it.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene.
• Provide mobility support, transfers and positioning assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan and agency guidelines.
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document notes.
• Maintain client privacy and professional communication with families and team.
