Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and documentation, all while ensuring client privacy and professional communication with families and the team.

• Performing light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assisting with laundry, changing linens, and routine household tasks.
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Encouraging clients to remain active, engaged, and as independent as possible.
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan and agency guidelines.
• Monitoring clients for changes in condition and reporting concerns to supervisors.
• Following individualized care plans and service instructions.
• Accurately completing required notes and documentation.
• Protecting client privacy and maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and team members.
• Following company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
