Qualifications

• Heart for Caring: empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Caregiving experience: 6 months preferred (family experience counts).
• Reliability: valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical strength: able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with movements.

Responsibilities

• Personal Support: Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs.
• Safe Mobility: Assist with movement and transfers (including hoyer lifts and gait belts).
• Homemaking & Meal Prep: Light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking to maintain a safe home.
• Engagement & Care: Provide companionship, medication reminders, and care for dementia clients.
• Reliable Support for Clients: Run errands, provide transportation, and more.
