Job summary

Comfort Keepers group is seeking compassionate CAREgivers to support seniors in their homes. You will provide daily care, companionship, and basic medical reminders while promoting independence and quality of life.

The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time), competitive pay up to $16/hour, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing field support to help you succeed in a family-like team environment.

Qualifications

• Heart for Caring: Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Experience: 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts!).
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary movements

Responsibilities

• Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs
• Assist with movement and transfers (including hoyer lifts and gait belts)
• Create a safe, clean home environment with light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking
• Provide companionship, medication reminders, and specialized care for dementia clients
• Run errands, provide transportation, and more
