Job summary

Comfort Keepers group is seeking compassionate CAREgivers to bring comfort, joy and independence to seniors in their homes in Florence, SC. You will be part of a family-like team dedicated to meaningful, everyday moments.

Qualifications

• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary movements.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs
• Assist with movement and transfers (including hoyer lifts and gait belts)
• Create a safe, clean home environment with light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking
• Provide companionship, medication reminders, and specialized care for dementia clients
• Run errands, provide transportation, and more
