Job summary

Qualifications

• Heart for Caring: Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Experience: 6 months of caregiving preferred (family experience counts).
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Personal Support: Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs.
• Safe Mobility: Assist with movement and transfers (including hoyer lifts and gait belts).
• Homemaking & Meal Prep: Light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking.
• Engagement & Care: Provide companionship, reminders, and dementia care.
