Right At Home Southwestern Illinois is seeking dedicated in-home caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes across St. Clair, Madison, and Monroe counties.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 with weekend shift differentials, a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for growth within the organization. Join a team committed to compassionate, quality in-home care.

Formación

• Must show compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years caregiving or in-home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; proof of car insurance in your name.
• Illinois work eligibility confirmed; certification/clearance as required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Help with light housekeeping, meals, and housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor health status and report changes to family or healthcare professionals.
• Support medication reminders and follow safety protocols at home.
• Provide transportation assistance for appointments and activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervisors and family.
