Right At Home Southwestern Illinois is seeking dedicated In-Home Caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. The role focuses on daily living activities, companionship, and safety within the home environment.

Base pay is $17.00 per hour with weekend and under-4-hour shifts eligible for differentials. Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Compassion and excellent communication are essential.
• Experience as a caregiver or in healthcare is preferred.
• Must meet Illinois Department of Health requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support for mental well-being.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and maintaining a clean space.
• Monitor health status and report changes to family or professionals.
• Support medication reminders and safety protocols at home.
• Assist with transportation for appointments and errands.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate with supervisors.
