Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cooking, providing personal care services, or willingness to learn.
• Adhere to health, safety, confidentiality, and other company standards.
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Compassionate, supportive, and respectful of all persons.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as ambulation, dressing, personal care, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility around the house or outside to appointments and walks.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving/eating as needed.
• Complete client shopping or accompany them to shop successfully.
• Perform light housekeeping duties the client cannot complete.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion and report unusual incidents to the office.
