Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in caregiving is helpful but training is provided.
• Willingness to learn housekeeping, cooking and personal care skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds and stay physically capable.
• Adheres to health, safety and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, personal care and hygiene.
• Help with mobility around the house or to appointments and outings.
• Plan and prepare meals, and assist with serving and eating when needed.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to run errands successfully.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as required.
• Provide a pleasant, supportive companionship for clients.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office promptly.
• Rate of pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour.
