Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our Colville area team. Expect competitive pay of $20–$23.50 per hour, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay to fit your availability.

We offer hands-on training, 24/7 caregiver support, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for advancement through continuing education and client-matching to fit your preferences.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb
• Must own a smart phone
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (e.g., household chores, cooking, bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to store or appointments as needed
• Monitor and report on client condition
