Family Resource Home Care is looking for caregivers in Spokane to support clients with daily living activities and companionship. Competitive hourly pay ($20–$23.50) will be offered based on experience and licensure, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

We provide hands-on training, 24/7 caregiver support, and paid orientation, ensuring you are prepared to meet client needs and thrive in our team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition
