Family Resource Home Care is seeking caregivers to support clients in the Republic area from our Colville branch. This position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and comprehensive training to help you thrive in a supportive team.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, meal support, and occasional client transportation. A background check and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift 10–50 lb rarely
• Must own a smart phone with mobile app
• Ability to pass state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bath, dressing, grooming) and household tasks
• Provide companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Drive clients to store, appointments, and activities when needed
• Monitor clients' condition and report changes to supervisors
