Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift between 10 and 50 lb.
• Must own a smartphone capable of using a mobile app.
• Must pass a state and national background check.
• Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in daily activities and hobbies.
• Support clients with mobility and transfer methods as appropriate.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervising staff.
