Right at Home is seeking reliable and caring In-Home Caregivers to support clients throughout the Austin area. If you enjoy helping others and want a flexible schedule, we’d love to hear from you!

Earn $15–$18 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit. Benefits include paid training, referral bonuses, travel time compensation, and a supportive management team. Shifts are available across the week; no experience? we’ll train the right person.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Flexible availability.
• Caregiving experience helpful, but training may be provided.
• Experience with dementia care, Parkinson’s, Hoyer lifts, gait belts, or transfers is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care.
• Help with meals and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with walking, transfers and mobility.
• Support daily routines and errands as needed.
• Provide transportation assistance when required.
