Job summary

Right at Home is seeking an experienced In-Home Care Aide with a flexible schedule to join a compassionate care team providing in-home clinical support. You will help seniors and adults with daily living activities, transportation, and meals, while following care plans.

We offer paid training, paid time off, performance bonuses, and opportunities for growth. Weekly pay and referral bonuses are available, with travel between clients compensated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Must pass a full employment background check.
• Must provide negative TB test.
• Willing to provide care to both female and male clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide transportation and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Follow nurse instructions for medications and range of motion exercises.
• Support dementia care and incontinence care as needed.
