Job summary
Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home support across Tennessee. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay and opportunities to help clients stay independent at home.
Caregivers will assist with daily activities, meal prep, mobility and safety, and report changes to the care team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of caregiving experience and a compassionate, dependable approach.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
- Dependable, professional and compassionate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
- Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
- Meal preparation.
- Light housekeeping and laundry.
- Medication reminders.
- Companionship and supervision.
- Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
- Following individualized client care plans.
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
