Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home support to clients across Tennessee. These roles are full-time or part-time, with weekly pay and opportunities to grow as the company expands.

The position emphasizes compassionate, reliable care and adherence to individualized care plans. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and safety, while reporting client changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
