Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support in Tipton County, TN. You’ll offer companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance, while building meaningful relationships with clients in their homes.

We value flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow. Starting pay is $16/hour with premium pay options for night shifts and CNA-certified staff, plus benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license or state-issued ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and meaningful conversations
• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
