Senior Solutions Home Care is hiring caring individuals for in-home non-medical support in Rutherford County, TN. You will provide companionship, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping to help clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, sign-on bonuses, and opportunities for growth. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with weekly pay and travel time coverage are available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance and ADLs.
• Transportation and errands as needed.
• Provide compassionate, respectful support to help clients live with dignity.
