Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking caring Caregivers to support seniors and individuals with IDD at home in Knox County, TN. We offer training, flexible schedules, and a supportive team committed to your growth and wellbeing.

Starting base pay is $16.00 per hour, with $1 shift differential for overnight hours and a $1 CNA premium for TN CNAs. We hire Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN caregivers with 2–12 hour shifts and travel up to 30 miles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance and activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Transportation and errands as needed.
