Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Clay County, TN, is seeking caring individuals to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and individuals with IDs. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a flexible schedule and supportive leadership.

Caregivers will perform companionship, Personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and mobility assistance in clients' homes. Travel up to 30 miles is possible.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc).
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance and ADLs.
• Transportation and errands as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful support that helps clients live with dignity.
