Job summary

As the Home Health Aide or CNA, you will provide patients with in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well being.

Primary responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, reporting observations to supervisors, driving safely for work, and supporting clients in diverse home situations.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
• Must be certified as a nurse aide by the New Jersey Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care and transfers.
• Report observations of the client’s condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations; wear a seat belt when traveling for work.
• Assist with household tasks directly essential to clients’ personal care.
