Job summary

UnitedHealth Group, via Harris Home Health, is seeking a Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home personal care and health-related services to patients in North Carolina. The role emphasizes compassionate support to patients and families, with emphasis on safety and dignity in daily tasks.

You will work flexible hours, maintain detailed observations, and coordinate with a care team to ensure high-quality in-home care. A valid NC nurse aide registry status is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Must be listed on the North Carolina nurse aide registry.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
• 6+ months of home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and designated health-related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well being.
• Assist with activities of daily living and essential household tasks.
• Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when travel is required.
