Job summary

Live Well Home Care is seeking compassionate in-home care professionals to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain safety, and provide companionship while following established care plans.

Responsibilities include grooming, meal prep, light housework, errands, and transportation as needed, with collaboration from the care team. Prior experience in home care is valued; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation.
• Assist with house cleaning, laundry, shopping, and errands as needed.
• Escort clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities.
• Ensure client safety by monitoring home environment and reporting hazards.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; encourage activities.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and Care Team for input and updates.
