Apploi is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support individuals in their own homes and communities. You will assist with activities of daily living and personal care, ensuring safety and dignity per care plans.

Responsibilities include meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and respite care for families. Prior experience in home care is helpful; must have current physical and TB test results within 11 months.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care including ambulation, bathing, dressing, exercise, feeding, hair care, mouth care, nail care, position changes, shaving, skin care, toileting, transferring.
• Ensure client's safety and security by supervising the home environment.
• Teach/perform meal planning and preparation, routine housekeeping, laundry, and related tasks.
• Provide companionship through social interactions, conversations, emotional reassurance, and activities that stimulate the mind.
• Provide respite care for families per care plans and assist with essential shopping/errands as needed.
• Assist clients with following a written diet plan and reinforce diet maintenance as identified in the care plan.
• Escort clients to medical facilities, errands, shopping, and outings as specified in the care plan.
• Assist clients with communication by writing or typing correspondence and collaborate with the Client Care Team to improve care.
• Follow the written care plan and report unsafe conditions or supply needs to the Branch Manager.
