You will work as part of a care team under a branch manager and follow care plans to keep clients safe and comfortable at home. This role emphasizes dignity, communication, and reliable service.

• Meal preparation and feeding
• Hair care

• Transferring
• Ensure client safety and security in the home
• Plan and perform meal planning and routine housekeeping
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Offer respite care for families per care plans
• Assist with errands and shopping under supervision
• Follow diet plans per care plan
• Escort clients to appointments and outings
• Assist with written communication
• Work with Client Care Team to provide input
• Follow policies and procedures
• Monitor supplies and resources
• Follow written care plan
• Report unsafe conditions to Branch Manager
