Job summary

Apploi is seeking compassionate in-home care professionals to assist individuals in their own homes and communities who need help with daily living due to age, illness, or disability. You will provide safe, respectful care that aligns with care plans and agency policies.

Duties include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and respite support. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and care team to ensure high-quality service and client comfort.

Responsibilities

• Ambulation support and daily living activities under care plan.
• Home safety supervision and environment monitoring.
• Meal planning, preparation, and light housekeeping per care plan.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Escort to appointments and accompany client on errands.
• Medication reminders and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and care team to adjust plans.
