ICM seeks compassionate care professionals to provide quality daily living assistance in clients' homes across Kentucky. Responsibilities include fostering independence and comfort through bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and medication support.

You will also assist with appointments, transportation, and safety monitoring, while documenting daily updates for the care team. HIPAA compliance and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Must understand and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily living assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication support, and housekeeping.
• Help customers make appointments and arrange transportation for errands.
• Monitor the customer's condition and safety; observe equipment and surroundings.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform.
• Demonstrate quality decision making, effective communication, and problem solving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
