Job summary

ICM is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide quality daily living support, including bathing, grooming, meals, medication reminders, and housework, while promoting safety and independence.

You will document activities, coordinate transportation, monitor patient status, and communicate clearly with supervisors and families. Compliance with HIPAA and SOPs is required, along with a positive work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities: bathing, grooming, meals, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Help arrange transportation and accompany customers to appointments.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities via an online platform.
• Observe customer condition and monitor safety, including equipment and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to quality care.
