Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking In Home Patient Care Assistants (PCA) to support elderly and disabled clients throughout the Johnson City area. You will perform ADLs, basic caregiving tasks, and companion services in clients' homes, following a care plan and company policies.

Roles include day-to-day caregiving, medication assistance, light housekeeping, and timely reporting of changes in condition. Training is provided in safety, HIPAA compliance, and company procedures.

Qualificações

• Strong communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to follow verbal and written assignments accurately.
• Proficiency with Homecare Company Management System—ClearCare.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan.
• Provide medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, shopping, and errands as needed.
• Perform other household tasks per the care plan and report daily activity to supervisor.
