Job summary

Highland Rivers Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Support Worker to assist individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities in daily activities and community outings. The role includes care tasks, documentation in Carelogic, and participation in trainings to ensure quality support.

You will join a team that values collaboration, adherence to care plans, and safety protocols, with opportunities for skill development and ongoing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Transport individuals on outings, to doctor appointments and community activities.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, and dressing.
• Document in Carelogic daily and complete notes by end of shift.
• Use adaptive equipment with individuals.
• Complete trainings in Relias.
• CPR/First Aid, CPI, and Defensive Driving on time.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Prepare meals according to the menu.
• Monitor spending money with the team daily.
• Housekeeping tasks like laundry, dishes, beds, cleaning.
• Support community outings (haircuts, bowling, movies, library, dining).
• May assist with catheter care.
• Be a team player and help in other group homes as needed.
