Job summary

Ozark Care & Rehab delivers high-quality elder care and seeks compassionate housekeeping assistants to maintain clean, safe environments for residents. This role supports our small team and contributes to a respectful, home-like atmosphere.

Full-time position with competitive pay based on experience, PTO after 30 days, holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and health benefits. You’ll perform floor care, dusting, window washing, carpet shampooing, and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general equivalency is preferred.
• 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English in writing and verbally with staff, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and Mop floors
• Dust
• Wash windows
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets
• Arrange furniture
• Generally clean furniture, equipment, fixtures, and hardware
