Seniors Helping Seniors Ozarks is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home companionship and homemaker services across the Ozarks area, including Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield, Rogersville, and Willard. Join a team that supports seniors staying independent in their own homes.

The role involves light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, medication reminders, personal care, transportation, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide Companionship
• Assist with Light Housekeeping such as laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc…
• Shopping and Errands
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Pet Care
• Light Yard Work
• Light Handyman Services
• Overnight Supervision
• Incidental Transportation to doctor’s appointments, family, or their favorite restaurant
• Assist with Dressing
• Assist with Feeding
• Assist with Showering / Bathing
• Mobility Assistance
• Assist with Toileting / Incontinence
• Memory Care
• Arrive on Time for all Services
• Caregivers may be contacted by management outside of standard office hours when coverage is needed for open shifts.
• Maintain documentation of all services provided
• Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to our office staff
• Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff
• Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible
• Clock in and out using our care management system
