Spring Valley Health and Rehabilitation in Springfield, MO seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to maintain clean and safe environments for residents and staff. You will sweep, mop, dust, wash windows, and assist with general cleaning tasks across resident areas, with a focus on dignity and comfort in daily care.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, PTO after 30 days, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement up to 5,000 per year, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Competenze

• Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a care environment.

Mansioni

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dust throughout assigned areas.
• Wash windows and wipe surfaces.
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets.
• Arrange furniture as needed.
• Clean furniture, equipment, fixtures and hardware.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
