Job summary

Ozark Care & Rehab is seeking a housekeeping assistant to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents in a senior living setting. You will perform routine cleaning tasks and support general facility upkeep while contributing to a compassionate care culture.

The role emphasizes reliability, ability to follow cleaning protocols, and strong communication with team members. PTO, holidays, tuition assistance, and retirement benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Must communicate in English, written and verbally with staff, patients and families.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dust surfaces.
• Wash windows.
• Shampoo and vacuum carpets.
• Arrange furniture.
• Generally clean furniture, equipment, fixtures and hardware.
• Other duties as assigned.
