Cotter House Worthington in Columbus, OH, is seeking a maintenance/housekeeping team member to keep a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. The role reports to the Maintenance Director and supports daily operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, assisting with resident laundry, helping during mealtimes, and ensuring resident safety. High school or equivalent is preferred; prior housekeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to communicate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff and guests.
• Perform daily duties to clean the community including resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist in resident laundry.
• Ensure safety of residents in the neighborhood.
• Assist with mealtimes when needed.
