Job summary

Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated Housekeeping and Laundry Aides to join our compassionate team. You’ll maintain cleanliness throughout the facility and support laundry operations to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Previous experience is preferred but we’re happy to train. A positive attitude, reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential as you contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on care and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility including resident rooms, hallways, lounges, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming as assigned.
• Store cleaning supplies and equipment safely and properly.
• Support laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and resident clothing.
• Help create a warm, sanitary, and comfortable space for residents and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
