Job summary

Aventura at Walton Hills is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeping Aide to keep resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas clean and safe. You will follow infection-control procedures and daily schedules while supporting turnover and maintaining supplies.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care background is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and other assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and clean floors and surfaces
• Properly disinfect high-touch areas
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and facility housekeeping standards
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste according to facility procedures
• Assist with room turnover and special cleaning projects as needed
• Replenish housekeeping and restroom supplies as needed
• Properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies
• Report maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility
• Respect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
