Job summary

Aventura at Walton Hills is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeping Aide to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, follow infection-control procedures, and report safety concerns. Previous housekeeping experience and attention to detail are valued, with opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Healthcare, nursing home, or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Dependable team player with strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Properly disinfect high-touch areas.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and facility housekeeping standards.
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste according to facility procedures.
• Assist with room turnover and special cleaning projects as needed.
• Replenish housekeeping and restroom supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility.
• Respect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

As a Housekeeping Aide, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and other assigned areas
