Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and coordinate daily housekeeping staff and assignments.
• Ensure resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor the quality of housekeeping services throughout the facility.
• Ensure cleaning schedules and department standards are consistently followed.
• Train and assist team members with proper cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and maintain floors and surfaces as needed.
• Ensure high-touch areas are properly disinfected.
• Help maintain adequate housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Ensure trash and biohazard waste are handled according to proper procedures.
• Assist with room turnover and special cleaning projects.
• Report maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns promptly.
• Communicate staffing and departmental concerns to management.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Respect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
